Dr. Mohammad Reza Rahimi was officially appointed as the new President of the Supreme Audit Court of Iran on November 2004. Dr. Rahimi was born in Ghorveh, Iran in 1954. He has studied law and obtained a Ph.D degree and has held several important assignments including Deputy Governor of Ghorveh, Governor of Sanandadj and member of the second, third and fourth Parliament. Dr. Rahimi is married and has two children.
