MINUTES OF THE 2nd MEETING OF ECOSAI TRAINING COMMITTEE

2nd Meeting of the ECOSAI Training Committee was held in Issyk-Kul, Kyrgyz Republic on 24th May, 2001. The following attended the meeting.

• Mr. Cevad Gurer, Head of International Relations, Turkish Court fo Accounts Turkey.
• Mr. Muhammad Ali Ghasemi, Director General, Adminnistrative and Logistic Affairs, Supreme Audit Court, Iran.
• Mr. Liaqat Ali Chaudhary, Director General, International Relations, Department of the Auditor General of Pakistan.

The meeting decided that the first training course on Performance Audit to be organized with the financial assistance of Islamci Development Bank, Jeddah will be held in Lahore, Pakistan from 1-13th Oct, 2001.

The delegates of the SAIs of Turkey and Iran also agreed to communicate to the Secretariat the tentative dates for the courses that will be organized by their respecitive SAIs out of their own financial resourse during the year 2002.
